Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00am–6:30pm, rota-based)
We’re a high-performing independent pharmacy in North West London, currently dispensing over 8,000 items per month with plans to grow to 15,000 items.
We are looking for a confident, GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician ready to take ownership of a busy dispensary as an Assistant Manager. This is a true leadership role with responsibility and the opportunity to shape the business.
Take full operational responsibility for the dispensary
Lead, motivate, and support the pharmacy team
Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory efficiently
Ensure full GPhC and SOP compliance
Support business growth and service development
Train and mentor team members to raise standards
GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician (essential)
Experience managing a busy dispensary independently
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Commercial awareness and drive to grow services
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure with attention to detail
