Location: Knightsbridge, London
Contract: 5 days per week across a 7-day rota (including weekends)

Harrods Pharmacy is seeking a commercially confident Retail Sales Associate to thrive within our premium healthcare setting.

This is consultative retail within a clinically responsible environment — where performance, integrity and patient-centred care sit alongside commercial excellence.

The Role

• Deliver exceptional personalised service aligned with Harrods standards
• Confidently recommend products responsibly and appropriately
• Drive retail performance through knowledgeable, consultative selling
• Build long-term client relationships
• Maintain impeccable presentation and retail standards
• Work collaboratively within a regulated pharmacy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Retail experience within luxury, healthcare or regulated environments
• Strong commercial awareness with a patient-first mindset
• Understanding of pharmacy compliance and regulated product sales
• Professional, polished presentation
• Proactive, adaptable and performance-driven
