We are looking for a confident, experienced dispenser who is motivated to develop into a Pharmacy Technician and progress towards an Assistant Manager role within our modern, forward-thinking pharmacy.
Following a recent co-owner partnership, this is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Pharmacist Co-Owner, gaining direct mentorship, leadership experience, and career development in a supportive and progressive environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys dispensary work but is now looking to expand their clinical skills, take on more responsibility, and grow into leadership within community pharmacy.

This allows you to develop beyond traditional dispensing into service delivery and leadership.
⢠Previous community pharmacy experience
⢠NVQ Level 2 Dispenser qualification or GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician
⢠Strong experience working as a dispenser or technician
⢠Previous Assistant Pharmacy Manager experience (beneficial but not essential)
⢠Familiarity with ProScript PMR system
⢠ACT qualification (desirable)
⢠Vaccination training or willingness to train
