Experienced NVQ2 Dispenser → Train & Progress to Pharmacy Technician / Assistant Manager

We are looking for a confident, experienced dispenser who is motivated to develop into a Pharmacy Technician and progress towards an Assistant Manager role within our modern, forward-thinking pharmacy.

Following a recent co-owner partnership, this is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Pharmacist Co-Owner, gaining direct mentorship, leadership experience, and career development in a supportive and progressive environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys dispensary work but is now looking to expand their clinical skills, take on more responsibility, and grow into leadership within community pharmacy.

Essential Requirements

• Previous community pharmacy experience
• NVQ Level 2 Dispenser qualification or GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician

Desirable Experience

• Strong experience working as a dispenser or technician
• Previous Assistant Pharmacy Manager experience (beneficial but not essential)
• Familiarity with ProScript PMR system
• ACT qualification (desirable)
• Vaccination training or willingness to train

• Deliver outstanding patient and customer care
• Support and mentor colleagues within the pharmacy team

As you progress towards Assistant Manager responsibilities, you will also help support the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and develop confidence managing a diverse team.
