This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills, learn from knowledgeable professionals, and grow within a progressive pharmacy environment.

You will be working alongside two resident Pharmacists and a highly experienced team who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. We are committed to helping you grow. Your journey will begin with a structured Day Lewis induction programme, designed to help you settle in and build confidence in your role.

Depending on your experience, you may undertake a Pharmacy Assistant course (typically 3–6 months). From there, we actively support further progression and development, including:

  • Funding and support for additional qualifications

  • Opportunities to train as a Pharmacy Technician
