Purpose of Role

Support the warehouse function to meet all the requirements of the warehouse operation. This may include the need to work in any Warehouse/Production area to ensure the smooth flow of work and that the customers’ requirements are met. Reports functionally to the Warehouse Team Leader

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing order confirmation, status updates, order amendments on confirmed orders to clients.
  • Carry out various administrative duties in relation warehouse operations including:
    • Post shipping to create sales invoices
    • Creating warehouse inventory pick lists
    • Creating and interpreting varius operational reports
  • Participate in physical inventory check
  • Carry out inventory related investigations as required
  • Carry out various data entry onto Dynamics 365 ensuring system accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to local safety and security regulations
  • Ensure Good Distribution Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice is always followed
  • Ensure all site policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure all communications both internally and externally with suppliers and customers are managed in a professional manner whilst representing the company
  • Oversee output/ training of warehouse operative personnel
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems – particularly Microsoft 365
