Pharmacy Assistant – High Volume, High Service Pharmacy

We are a busy, high-performing pharmacy with a strong focus on both item volume and clinical services. Our counter may be small, but the expectations are not — we’re looking for someone who can deliver fast, exceptional service while building genuine relationships with our patients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys patient interaction, and takes pride in maintaining the highest professional standards.

Working Hours (37 hours per week): ( not flexible)

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:00 – 21:00 (8 hours)
  • Saturday: 14:00 – 21:00 (6.5 hours)
  • Sunday: 10:00 – 17:00 (6.5 hours)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the front counter efficiently, delivering quick, friendly, and professional service
  • Building strong relationships with regular patients and creating a welcoming environment
  • Supporting a high-volume dispensary with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Contributing to a wide range of pharmacy services
  • Maintaining strict compliance with pharmacy regulations and high operational standards
  • Using your product knowledge to confidently advise on medicines and healthcare needs
