Pharmacy Assistant – Part Time (18.5 hours)

Day Lewis Pharmacy – Mill Hill East

We are recruiting a Part‑Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team at our NHS community pharmacy in Mill Hill East.

This is a permanent role with a fixed working pattern, including Saturday working.

Working Pattern – 18.5 hours per week

• Thursday: 8:30am – 6:30pm
  (9 hours, including 1‑hour unpaid lunch)
• Friday: 8:30am – 2:00pm (5.5 hours)
• Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm (4 hours)

Total weekly hours: 18.5 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with day‑to‑day activities
• Serving patients and customers at the medicines counter
• Receiving, preparing, and filing prescriptions
• Stock management and housekeeping duties
• Supporting delivery of NHS pharmacy services

• Friendly, reliable, and well organised
• Comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment
• Happy to work Saturdays as part of your contracted hours
• Pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
• Professional approach to confidentiality and patient care
