Quality Administrator

Assisting the Compliance team with managing the quality management system according to operational procedures and requirements of GDP regulations. To maintain a high level of QMS and industry regulatory knowledge and awareness of changes within the commercial environment to seek opportunities and support the management of potential business adversity with regards to GDP activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the RP in ensuring that the provisions of the WDA(H) are always met
  • Actively assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems such as deviation / CAPA management, change controls and risk assessments; and ensure that quality systems are continuously improved with thQe objective of assuring GDP compliance
  • Support the RP during product recalls and complaint investigations
  • Manage the supplier and customer verification process and re-qualification
  • Maintenance of quality management system trackers & logs
  • OBERA Submissions
  • Product Capping
  • Export consignment checks
  • Customer/Supplier restrictions (Business Rules)
  • Licence variations and maintenance including Home Office Licence
  • Ensure that documentation is managed in accordance with good documentation practices and data integrity

Qualifications:

  • Pharmaceutical GDP setting experience
  • Pharmacy Technician / ACT
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word
