hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (60-minute unpaid lunch, where applicable) Monday - Friday

We are offering a flexible opportunity and are open to recruiting either one full-time colleague or two part-time experienced dispensers, depending on what works best for the right candidates.
This is an exciting chance to join a modern, forward-thinking pharmacy where you’ll be supported to progress into a Pharmacy Technician role and further develop towards Assistant Manager level.
Following a recent co-owner partnership, you’ll work closely with our Pharmacist Co-Owner, gaining direct mentorship, leadership exposure, and hands-on development in a supportive environment.

Build strong relationships with patients and the local community

Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance
Assist in developing and delivering pharmacy services
Contribute to improving pharmacy performance and outcomes
As you progress, you’ll take on increasing responsibility in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and team leadership.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in community pharmacy
Qualified to NVQ Level 2 Dispenser (or a registered Pharmacy Technician)
Ambitious and motivated to progress
Confident, proactive, and reliable
Passionate about patient care and service delivery
Strong dispensing experience
Previous leadership or Assistant Manager exposure
ACT qualification
Familiarity with ProScript PMR
Vaccination training (or willingness to train)
