hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (60-minute unpaid lunch, where applicable) Monday - Friday

We are offering a flexible opportunity and are open to recruiting either one full-time colleague or two part-time experienced dispensers, depending on what works best for the right candidates.

This is an exciting chance to join a modern, forward-thinking pharmacy where you’ll be supported to progress into a Pharmacy Technician role and further develop towards Assistant Manager level.

Following a recent co-owner partnership, you’ll work closely with our Pharmacist Co-Owner, gaining direct mentorship, leadership exposure, and hands-on development in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding patient and customer care

  • Support the dispensary with accuracy and efficiency

  • Build strong relationships with patients and the local community

  • Support and mentor colleagues within the team

  • Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance

  • Assist in developing and delivering pharmacy services

  • Contribute to improving pharmacy performance and outcomes

As you progress, you’ll take on increasing responsibility in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and team leadership.


What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in community pharmacy

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 Dispenser (or a registered Pharmacy Technician)

  • Ambitious and motivated to progress

  • Confident, proactive, and reliable

  • Passionate about patient care and service delivery


Desirable (but not essential)

  • Strong dispensing experience

  • Previous leadership or Assistant Manager exposure

  • ACT qualification

  • Familiarity with ProScript PMR

  • Vaccination training (or willingness to train)
