Day Lewis are seeking a part-time Pharmacy Assistant – Dispenser to join our team at our busy Camberley pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity to begin or develop your career within Medicine and Clinical Care.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Pharmacist and wider team to deliver safe, efficient and patient-focused services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the dispensary team in the preparation and supply of medicines
• Assisting the Pharmacist in delivering advanced and enhanced services
• Providing excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone
• Building strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures
• Contributing to the smooth and effective running of the pharmacy

You will be part of a small, friendly and hardworking team where teamwork and support are essential.

Training & Development

At Day Lewis, we are committed to developing our people:

• Full induction and training programme provided
• Pharmacy Assistant course (if required), typically completed within 3–6 months
• Ongoing support to develop your knowledge and skills

We also actively support progression into Pharmacy Technician roles, including access to recognised qualifications such as:
BTEC Level 3 Diploma – Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technicians
