Working Pattern:

  • Tuesday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
  • Wednesday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour unpaid break)
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Career Development & Training

The first stage of your journey with us will involve becoming part of our team and completing the Day Lewis induction programme.

Depending on your previous pharmacy experience, you may also complete a Pharmacy Assistant course, which typically takes 3–6 months.

At Day Lewis, we are passionate about developing the next generation of healthcare professionals. Our long-term vision is to support team members in progressing to become Pharmacy Technicians, with training support and course reimbursement available.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding patient care and supporting the daily operation of the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the pharmacist in delivering pharmacy services effectively and efficiently
  • Assisting with dispensing duties and ensuring adherence to company procedures and standards
  • Providing excellent customer service at the pharmacy counter
  • Welcoming and supporting patients with a friendly and professional approach
  • Building positive relationships with patients and healthcare organisations
  • Supporting the delivery of advanced and enhanced pharmacy services
  • Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit and hardworking team
