The Role

Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, you will be an important part of our pharmacy team, supporting both patients and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions.
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and customers.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the dispensary.
• Assisting with NHS and private pharmacy services.
• Building positive relationships with patients and local healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining high standards of organisation, cleanliness and professionalism throughout the pharmacy.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding patient care.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Is reliable, organised and willing to learn.
• Has a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
• Is interested in developing skills within pharmacy and healthcare.

Previous pharmacy experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
